Pregnancy Testing
If you have an unplanned or unwanted pregnancy, ACS can help with specialist counseling, advice, and abortion treatment.
When it comes to pregnancy testing, accuracy is crucial. Reliable and accurate results provide the foundation for your prenatal care and decision-making. ACS offers two different types of testing in our office….
Urine Pregnancy Tests:
Urine pregnancy tests, commonly known as home pregnancy tests (HPTs), are a convenient and affordable option. These tests are highly sensitive to the hCG hormone and can detect its presence as early as 10 days after fertilization. With simple instructions and the ability to conduct them in the privacy of your own home, urine pregnancy tests are often the go-to choice for expecting mothers.
Blood Pregnancy Tests:
Blood pregnancy tests, conducted at healthcare facilities, offer a more sensitive and accurate detection of hCG. They are further categorized into two types: qualitative and quantitative tests. Qualitative tests determine the presence or absence of hCG, while quantitative tests measure the exact amount of the hormone in your blood. Blood tests are usually recommended if you require early detection, have a history of miscarriage, or experience any complications during your pregnancy.
Consult with healthcare professionals to ensure proper care, and remember always to rely on accurate and reliable pregnancy tests. Here is a list of services offered during your appointment…

Based on the date you entered; if you are less than 11 weeks, you have the option to have a medical or surgical abortion. Should you reach 10 weeks and 6 days, you are eligible for a surgical procedure.
Note: Keep in mind that this is a basic client-side calculator and that it won't be 100% accurate. For a more accurate date, you may want to consult a healthcare professional to accurately determine the length of your pregnancy and what options are available.
